Having acquired his first farm in his mid-thirties, Mark has a thorough understanding about anything concerning the acquisition, management or dispositions of land and farms. He knows many of the properties and their owners since childhood and has watched the area changing into an ever more interesting tourist and business destination. Being well acquainted with and sympathetic towards the way rural people perceive real estate, allows Mark to effectively mediate between city dwellers and the owners of precious rural estates in the Outaouais.

Starting her real estate career in the early 80's in Hong Kong's  Rating and Valuation Department as an Assistant Appraiser, Alice had gained a wide variety of knowledge with regard to appraising different kinds of properties including not only residential houses, but also commercial premises like hotels, cinemas, shopping malls, office buildings, and even oil refineries. She later joined the local Depaneur chain (7/11) as a Regional Acquisition Manager for purchasing an additional 20 local stores before she migrated to Montreal with her family in 1990. Alice has gained a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge. Being prudent and honest, she has received many good references from her clients.
